Vaccinations

Core vaccines: Strongly recommended for all horses

• Rabies
• Eastern, Western, Tetanus, and West Nile

Risk-based vaccines: Individualized based on horse's risk/environment

       Show/trail horse that goes off property:

• Flu/Rhino
• Strangles

       Horses living near fresh water lakes or streams:

• Potomac Horse Fever

Coggins testing

Coggins testing is required annually for horses going off farm to shows or to organized events such as fox hunts or hunter paces

Digital Coggins through Global Vet Link allows clients to access their via the internet on their phone or other device

Routine Physical Examinations

Annual physical examinations can reveal underlying or sub-clinical health conditions in your horse. 

Deworming Programs

Targeted deworming programs are tailored to each horse and stable based on fecal egg counts. This helps minimize parasite resistance to dewormers while simultaneously decreasing unnecessary deworming.
